Hurricane Katrina took it all away, you feel blessed?

My "interview" on DeDe's “Snap Out of It!” Show was such a pleasure, the conversation evolving and improvised out of our great meeting-of-the-minds from both of us being performers. On the "Snap Out of It!" Show In less than 20 minutes, life was changed forever. When Hurricane Katrina hit, Eric Arceneaux and his family were trapped in an attic for 3 days in temperatures of over 100 degrees. After being rescued from the rooftop by helicopter, they were forced to literally fight through a mob of scared and angry people in order to get onto a bus that would take them to shelter. Worst of all, he lost family members in the ordeal.

July 2009 DeDe released her debut CD titled DeDe Murcer Moffett “I Believe”. “All of these songs relate the passion and message of believing in yourself and your ability to do that which you are longing to do” says DeDe. “I didn’t always believe I could live the life I am living today, I bought into the fear that was holding me back You can move through the fear, you can know that you know what you know and you can feel joy and drop the guilt!” DeDe combines her speaking and singing presenting a powerful message and will produce and organize the first annual “Snap Out of It!” Women’s Conference” in Dallas Texas in early 2010!

DeDe’s other passions include interviewing great authors and spiritual teachers as she gets the message out that there are alternate ways of thinking, living and believing and you do and always have the power within you to change and direct your life. DeDe says “You are always being guided towards growth and love - so look for the message! Life is for you - not against you. Sometimes you just have to be in enough pain to listen.”

DeDe is a recording artist and inspirational speaker talking to women and groups all across the county about the powerful transformation of love and stepping out of the story your currently telling!
